great common area with free tea and coffee. the wi-fi in the basement room was weak.

I faced significant delays at check-in due to the reception being unavailable. The room, a Budget Double Room, was showing obvious signs of wear and tear, disappointing for the price we paid. Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted our sleep.

The budget queen room we stayed in was budget on the top floors. Central heating and multi-channel television were a very nice touch. The location of this hotel close to the lake and town and shopping mall was great.

I loved the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were very very helpful and active. My budget quadruple room was modern & budget. The location was absolutely perfect, at a moderate distance from Ski Lift Flims. There was a NICE restaurant, a mall and a bakery next door.

The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a rock, but thanks for the lovely indecision on the shower temperature. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for these little inconveniences, but guess i'm just not special enough. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

I loved starting my mornings with coffee in the cozy lounge while my dogs relaxed by my side. The game room and TV area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only thing I noticed was the lack of blinds, which let in too much light for my liking, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 🐶

The common area had a great vibe, and we enjoyed playing billiards and sipping free coffee. The room was comfortable and had a cozy charm.

Unfortunately, the noise from the bar below was loud at night, disrupting our sleep a bit.

The Basement Budget Quadruple Room was spacious and clean, always a plus. I really enjoyed the quirky ski-themed decor that added a fun touch. And a common area with pool tables and free coffee was super nice to unwind after a long day. The only downside was the noise from the lively bar below, which did make it hard to sleep.

This place is fine with cozy places to unwind and enjoy free tea or coffee. The location is perfect, just steps away from the ski slopes.

The location is just perfect for skiing, realy close to the slopes. So dog-friendly which was great for us and our pups. The common area was chill with free coffee and a nice vibe. The guest card was a big plus for discounts on activities!

There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and spacious. I also appreciated the ample space in the ski room and the separate area for ski boots. The common area with a pool table and free tea and coffee was a great bonus!

It was just a fitting option for a speedy visit in Flims with fantastic value. The common area had a great vibe and offered free coffee. Bring your own sleeping mask since there are no blinds in the rooms.

Great value accommodation with a wonderful setting close to public transport and the mountains. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the budget double room with central heating and cable programming.
